  Annie and Laura married brothers John and Noah Cloud, sons of H.G.W. Cloud.  On 1910 census of Montgomery county, TX, Annie and her daughter Allie are living alone next to her step-father, Hamilton O'Banion and her step-brother James L. O'Banion.    It is interesting that Annie apparently never remarried.  She and John (Jim) apparently weren't married more than three years.  At some point John moved to Indian Territory and, either before or after moving, he is said to have killed a man, whereupon he changed his last name to Black.  Annie kept the Cloud surname and may not have known of Jim's troubles.    Annie was listed on the 1860 census as being 11, or born 1849, but she gave her dob for the 1900 census as May 1856.  On 1910 census she gives her age as 60, or dob of 1849/1850. 1900 census, TX, Montgomery, Willis, ed 106, 6-B, (T623-1660, p.22) June 15, 1900 HH 115 Obanion, H, head, W, M, Apr 1828, 72, m 38 yrs, GA, SC, SC    "   , Rachel, wife, W, F, July 1829, 71, m 38 yrs, 10/8 children, IL, IL, IL Kelton, Sarah, step-dau, W, F, Feb 1848, 53, single, TX, IL, IL HH 116 Cloud, Annie, head, W, F, May 1856, 44, TX, IL, IL   "  , Allie, dau, Aug 1879, 21, single, TX (Annie is living next door to her mother and stepfather in 1900 census.)
